The backpack features two spacious zippered main compartments. The rear compartment includes a padded laptop section suitable for devices up to 15 inches. The front compartment opens wide for easy access. Inside, dedicated slots for four cards, two pens and a phone help keep everything organised.

Delivery
When you place an order by 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday, we will ship your order the same day and deliver it the next day, in principle. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
The delivery terms apply to Belgium, Luxemburg and the Netherlands. For Germany, Austria and France the delivery time is 1-3 days and 1-4 days for all other countries.
We mention the expected delivery time with each article in the web shop. If a delivery time of 5-10 days is mentioned with the article it means that the article is temporarily sold out and will be backordered especially for you.
The shipment costs charged for all shipments abroad depend on the location.

We ship to Switzerland at net prices. For orders from outside the EU, no VAT is automatically calculated in the shopping cart by selecting the relevant destination country. Experience has shown that the postman will charge you Swiss VAT (7.5% of the value of the goods) and a fee of approximately CHF 10.00 when the goods are delivered. For some shipments, the post / postman also requests customs duty. Not completely satisfied with your purchase? We’re sorry to hear that, but these things happen of course. You can exchange or return the articles free of charge* within 60 days.
How to return or exchange a product?

- You have a 60-day cooling-off period. If you have chosen Klarna as your payment method, please note that Klarna has a 30-day payment period.
- Exchanging for another article is free of charge. You can register your exchange online via our returns portal. If you have chosen Klarna as your payment method, do not register the item you want to exchange as a return in the Klarna app.
- The items must be in the same condition as you received them, with all original labels and packaging, as described in the Terms and Conditions. If an item is faulty or missing labels, please contact customer service immediately so we can solve the problem as soon as possible.
- You can return items with our return label by submitting your return online via our returns portal. An overview of the various providers and prices can be found at the bottom of this page.
