Not completely satisfied with your purchase? We’re sorry to hear that, but these things happen of course. You can exchange or return the articles free of charge* within 100 days.
How to return or exchange a product?
- Fill out the online return form within 100 days after reception
- You will receive an e-mail with instructions for printing a return label from our customer service on the same day as you report your return shipment.
- Use the same box to put the product in, that’s easier for you.
- Print the shipment label and attach it to the box or write the return shipment number on the box yourself.
- You receive a track-&-trace-code which allows you to trace the returned articles. This is also your proof of shipping. We’ll send you a confirmation via e- mail as soon as the package arrives at our warehouse.
Please note: 100 days after the reception of the article it is no longer possible to return items though you still have 2 years warranty on the article purchased.
We only accept returned articles or exchange articles if these
- Are undamaged and unused
- Are postage-prepaid
- Contain a return ticket
We will send you a confirmation via e-mail as soon as we have received your package. Sometimes it happens that your article has arrived in our warehouse according to the track & trace information and that you haven’t received a confirmation yet. Don’t worry, it can take up to 24 hours before we process your return shipment. Want your money back instead of exchanging the article? That’s of course also possible. We reimburse the price paid for the articles within 14 days after reception of the returned item (s).
*Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and France. The cost of returning articles from Austria is 6.95 euros. If you send the articles back from another country, all return costs are at your own expense.
