With the 'click & order' button you add a product to your shopping bag. Had a change of heart? Click on the cross to remove a product. Done shopping? Click on ‘continue to details’.
- Fill out your details
Is this the first time you’re placing an order via our website? Register once and fill out your name, address and contact details. Then choose the desired payment method. The minute you press the “Confirm order” button and complete the method of payment on the next page, your order is placed at Maes & Hills Collection. Once you have created an account it’s easier to place future orders.

Is everything correct? Then complete your order by clicking on the ‘place order’ button. You agree with our terms and conditions. Want to change anything? Click on ‘change’ at the parte you want to change.

Status of my order

- My account
- Go to ‘My account’
- Login with your Maes & Hills account
- Opt for ‘My orders’ in the left menu
- Find the order you want to know the status of and click on it
- Status meaning:
- Being processed: the order is received. Awaiting payment.
- Confirmed: the order is received, paid and will be patched through to our warehouse.
- Completed: the order is received, paid and shipped.
- Via e-mail
- You will receive an e-mail as soon as the order has left our warehouse. You will also receive a tracking number which allows you to trace your order when delivery is done by DPD.
