Delivery

Orders placed before 5 pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are dispatched on Monday.

Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days to Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. For Germany, Austria and France, delivery usually takes 1–3 working days. For other European destinations, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days.

The expected delivery time is shown on each product page. If an item is temporarily out of stock, the delivery time shown indicates when we expect to be able to dispatch your order.

Shipping costs

Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands	Free on orders over €50. For orders under €50, shipping costs €4.50 per parcel.
Austria and France	Free on orders over €50. For orders under €50, shipping costs €5.95 per parcel.
Denmark, Ireland and Italy	€12.50 per parcel. For orders over €50, shipping costs €7.50 per parcel.
Switzerland	€17.95 per parcel. For orders over €100, shipping costs €5.95 per parcel.
Other European destinations	€15.00 per parcel.

If you live on an island or in a remote area, additional shipping charges may apply. Please contact us if you would like to know the shipping costs before placing your order.

Delivery outside the European Union

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to local import VAT, customs duties and clearance fees. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and may be charged by the local authorities or the carrier.

Any import duties, local taxes and clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Track & Trace link by email so you can follow the progress of your parcel.
