The Ergobag Pack 6 piece school backpack set is a complete and ergonomic school solution designed for children in primary school. Inspired by modern hiking backpacks, this school bag combines excellent carrying comfort with a practical layout and a playful design.
The ergonomic carrying system includes an aluminium frame that provides stability and helps distribute weight properly. Wide shoulder straps, together with an adjustable chest strap and hip belt, keep the backpack securely in place and shift the weight towards the hips for better comfort.
The breathable padded back panel adapts to the child’s body shape. The carrying system can easily be adjusted for children between approximately 100 and 150 cm in height, allowing the backpack to grow with the child throughout their primary school years.
The spacious main compartment features a smart interior layout with a dedicated book section and space for notebooks and loose papers. The front pocket is perfect for storing a lunch box, while the side pockets can hold a water bottle or a small umbrella.
Reflective elements on the front and sides increase visibility and improve safety on the way to school. The reinforced base ensures the backpack stands firmly on the ground or on a desk.
The set also includes several practical accessories such as a fully equipped pencil case, a pencil pouch, a sports backpack, a notebook box and the well-known Ergobag Kletties, allowing children to personalise their school bag with different designs.

Delivery
When you place an order by 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday, we will ship your order the same day and deliver it the next day, in principle. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
The delivery terms apply to Belgium, Luxemburg and the Netherlands. For Germany, Austria and France the delivery time is 1-3 days and 1-4 days for all other countries.
We mention the expected delivery time with each article in the web shop. If a delivery time of 5-10 days is mentioned with the article it means that the article is temporarily sold out and will be backordered especially for you.
The shipment costs charged for all shipments abroad depend on the location.

We ship to Switzerland at net prices. For orders from outside the EU, no VAT is automatically calculated in the shopping cart by selecting the relevant destination country. For some shipments, the post / postman also requests customs duty. Not completely satisfied with your purchase? We’re sorry to hear that, but these things happen of course. You can exchange or return the articles free of charge* within 60 days.
How to return or exchange a product?

- You have a 60-day cooling-off period. If you have chosen Klarna as your payment method, please note that Klarna has a 30-day payment period.
- Exchanging for another article is free of charge. You can register your exchange online via our returns portal. If you have chosen Klarna as your payment method, do not register the item you want to exchange as a return in the Klarna app.
- The items must be in the same condition as you received them, with all original labels and packaging, as described in the Terms and Conditions. If an item is faulty or missing labels, please contact customer service immediately so we can solve the problem as soon as possible.
- You can return items with our return label by submitting your return online via our returns portal. An overview of the various providers and prices can be found at the bottom of this page.
