Why choose the byACRE Carbon Ultralight Rollator Compact?

More and more people are choosing a carbon rollator instead of a traditional aluminium or steel model. Carbon fibre is exceptionally strong while remaining incredibly lightweight. This means less effort when pushing the rollator, lifting it into your car or manoeuvring through everyday environments, making daily life easier and more comfortable.

The premium carbon fibre frame is five times stronger than steel, yet the complete rollator weighs only 4.8 kg. This combination of strength and low weight provides outstanding stability and long-lasting durability. To demonstrate its confidence in the product, byACRE includes a lifetime warranty on the carbon frame.

Why choose a carbon rollator?

A carbon fibre rollator offers significant advantages over conventional aluminium or steel rollators. The lower weight makes walking easier, improves manoeuvrability and allows the rollator to be lifted with minimal effort. If you regularly load your rollator into a car or travel frequently, you'll immediately appreciate the difference.

Carbon fibre is also highly durable, corrosion-resistant and engineered for years of intensive daily use. It retains both its strength and premium appearance over time, making the byACRE Carbon Ultralight Compact an excellent long-term investment in your mobility and independence.

Who is the byACRE Carbon Ultralight Compact designed for?

The Compact version has been specifically developed for shorter users or anyone who prefers a lower seat height. Its compact dimensions make it easy to navigate through narrow hallways, doorways, lifts, shops and restaurants while maintaining excellent stability and comfort.

If you are taller or prefer a higher seat position, you may wish to consider the byACRE Carbon Ultralight Rollator Regular. Further down this page, you'll find a helpful size guide to determine which model best suits your height and handle adjustment requirements.

Just 4.8 kg – one of the lightest rollators in the world

At only 4.8 kg, the byACRE Carbon Ultralight Compact is among the lightest premium rollators available today. The exceptionally low weight makes everyday tasks such as walking, turning, lifting and transporting the rollator noticeably easier. Whether placing it in your car boot or taking it on holiday, handling is effortless.

Despite its incredibly low weight, this ultra lightweight rollator delivers outstanding strength and stability. Its advanced carbon fibre frame, premium craftsmanship and award-winning Danish design make the byACRE Carbon Ultralight Compact one of the most innovative mobility aids currently available.

Ergonomically designed for a natural walking posture

The byACRE Carbon Ultralight Rollator Compact was developed in collaboration with physiotherapists and ergonomics specialists. Its distinctive forward-facing ergonomic handles allow you to walk closer to the rollator, encouraging a more upright and natural posture while reducing strain on your back, neck and shoulders.

The ergonomically shaped handles provide a comfortable grip and are easy to adjust from 79 to 91 cm. This allows you to tailor the rollator to your height and walking position for maximum comfort. Correct handle adjustment improves stability, reduces fatigue and helps you walk with greater confidence throughout the day.

Compact, lightweight and exceptionally manoeuvrable

The Compact version has been designed specifically for users who need a smaller, highly manoeuvrable rollator without compromising on comfort or stability. With its 56 cm seat height and compact frame, it moves effortlessly through narrow hallways, doorways, lifts, shops and restaurants.

Measuring just 60 cm wide and weighing only 4.8 kg, this lightweight rollator is ideal for everyday use. Whether you're shopping, visiting friends or enjoying a walk outdoors, the byACRE Carbon Ultralight Compact provides smooth handling wherever you go.

Comfortable on a wide range of surfaces

The high-quality shock-absorbing PUR wheels minimise vibrations and deliver a smooth, comfortable ride on pavements, asphalt, cobblestones, shopping centres and other slightly uneven surfaces.

With a wheel diameter of 20 cm, the rollator easily handles small kerbs and everyday obstacles. Combined with the ultra-light carbon fibre frame, the wheels provide excellent stability, smooth rolling performance and outstanding comfort indoors and outdoors.

Award-winning Danish design

The byACRE Carbon Ultralight is recognised worldwide for its elegant Scandinavian styling. Its minimalist design has received several international design awards, combining premium materials with innovative engineering and exceptional attention to detail.

Even the smallest details have been carefully considered. The brake cables are fully integrated into the carbon frame, protecting them from dirt and damage while giving the rollator its clean, refined appearance.

The intelligent folding system allows you to fold the byACRE Carbon Ultralight Compact quickly and easily using just one hand. Once folded, it measures only 25 cm wide, making it easy to store in your car boot, motorhome, hallway or cupboard.

Mounted neatly beneath the seat, the organiser bag keeps your valuables secure without affecting the rollator's stability, manoeuvrability or compact dimensions. Whether you're shopping, enjoying a walk or travelling, everything you need is always within easy reach.

Which byACRE Carbon Ultralight is right for you?

The byACRE Carbon Ultralight is available in three sizes: Compact, Regular and Comfort (Wide). Choosing the correct size ensures the best walking posture, maximum comfort and optimum safety.

While your height is an important guideline, your wrist height is even more important. When standing upright with your arms relaxed, the handles should be adjusted to approximately wrist level. This promotes a natural walking position while reducing strain on your back, shoulders and neck.

*The correct size is primarily determined by your wrist height (the distance from the floor to your wrist). Your overall height should be used as a guide, while correct handle adjustment ensures the most comfortable walking position.

Not sure whether to choose Compact or Regular?

The Compact model is ideal for shorter users or anyone who prefers a lower seat height. Its compact dimensions also make it particularly easy to use in apartments, narrow hallways, lifts, shops and other confined spaces.

If you are taller or prefer a higher 61 cm seat height, the byACRE Carbon Ultralight Rollator Regular is usually the better choice. The Comfort (Wide) model is recommended for users who would like additional seating space and more room between the handles.
